One of the advantages of using Glue QA is that we are independent specialists meaning you can use Glue QA for all your different system’s needs. Our experienced engineers can service all manufacturer’s equipment of gluing and quality assurance systems. Both hot and cold glue system servicing is carried out to the original manufacturer’s specification and will always be offered with an equivalent high standard guarantee of workmanship. In addition, we can offer service certification to help manage your food and pharmaceutical audits, different levels of service reports and service and maintenance record folders. All the above can be offered on an individual system or as a site or group basis

Maintenance plans

By investing in a service maintenance programme, we believe this will allow you to minimise any potential equipment failures, allow us to make recommendations for improvement and provide you with our expertise to help maintain your equipment's lifespan and keep you at the forefront of a demanding market.

Should the need arise in a breakdown situation, we will equally be your guaranteed support to get you back on course in an agreeable timeframe. A catalogue of reports will also be with you following each visit so you can keep track of your equipment’s performance, as well as allow us to be in the position to minimise any risk in equipment failure.

That is why we can tailor the following packages to suit you and your own production schedule:

  • The QA Site Survey – a full equipment on-site survey complete with a detailed report of your system's performance and capabilities. This report will also come with any recommendations, from further service work to a list of advisory spare parts – all of which we are able to provide. This report will allow you to tailor future service visits and have complete control over your budget management.
  • The QA Maintenance Programme – your dedicated service agreement. This 6, 12 or 24-month preventative maintenance service agreement means that you will have our experts regularly supporting you on-site through scheduled maintenance service sessions and training programmes, which can all be planned according to your production diaries.

To complement this service, you will also be provided with an annual conformity certificate that can be displayed on or around equipment, providing your own customers with the assurance that your systems are running at their full potential and delivering the quality required in today’s production demands.

Maintaining your equipment will come at a cost and, if not budgeted, can lead to a far greater financial impact. That is why we set up mutually agreed payment terms with account holders and equally provide a discounted rate on the QA Maintenance service contract agreement.
